TumelLife is a product of Web Wonder Assist, a business based in Zambia. In these terms, the words we, us and our refer to Web Wonder Assist as the provider of TumelLife, and the words you and your refer to the person using the app.
By creating an account or using TumelLife, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
TumelLife is a life management app that helps you organise tasks, reminders, notes, expenses, income, savings goals, groceries, meal plans and cleaning schedules, and optionally share this content with people you invite to a workspace.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account, and you must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country.
When using TumelLife, you agree not to:
You own the content you create in TumelLife. We do not claim ownership over your tasks, notes, or other content.
You are responsible for the content you add, and for making sure you have the right to share it with anyone you invite to a workspace.
TumelLife includes an optional AI assistant. The AI can help you add tasks, expenses, income, savings contributions, groceries and reminders, and answer questions about your data such as spending, income and savings summaries.
The AI always asks for your confirmation before creating, editing or deleting any data. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any actions proposed by the AI before they are applied.
The AI provides suggestions and summaries based on the information in your current workspace. AI responses may not always be completely accurate. You should verify important information independently.
AI usage is subject to monthly limits. Free accounts include a limited number of AI requests per month. Higher limits may be available through future subscription plans.
AI conversations are stored within your workspace and are subject to the same privacy and sharing rules as other workspace content. In a shared workspace, your AI conversation history is private to you and is not visible to other workspace members.
Voice input uses your device's built-in speech recognition. Spoken AI responses use your device's built-in text-to-speech. You can enable or disable spoken responses at any time.
TumelLife does not currently use analytics or tracking of any kind. We may introduce privacy-respecting analytics in future to understand how the application and website are used. If we do, this section will be updated first, and any analytics would never include the content of your tasks, expenses, income, savings, notes or other personal items.
When you create or join a shared workspace, the members of that workspace can see the content in it. Please be thoughtful about what you share, and only invite people you trust.
If you own a shared workspace, you are responsible for managing its members. You can transfer ownership to another member, or remove members, as described in the Help Center.
TumelLife is built on Google Firebase, which provides our sign in and cloud storage. By using TumelLife, you understand that your account and content are handled through these services as described in our Privacy Policy.
TumelLife is offered as an evolving product. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality as the app develops.
We aim to keep the app available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be times when the app is unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
You may stop using TumelLife at any time. You can delete your account directly in the app, which permanently removes your personal data. See how to delete your account.
We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
TumelLife is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the app reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee the app will always be error free or available.
You are responsible for keeping your own records of anything important to you. While TumelLife is designed to store and sync your content reliably, you should not rely on it as your only copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of TumelLife, including any loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Zambia. If a specific country's consumer protection laws give you additional rights, those rights still apply.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or by other reasonable means. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
