Cleaning schedules

Cleaning schedules help you keep on top of the housework by planning tasks around the home. Organise them by area, give them a date, and share them so everyone knows who is doing what.

Adding a cleaning task

1. Open the Cleaning screen from the navigation.
2. Tap + Add.
3. Enter the task, such as Mop floors or Clean sink.
4. Choose the area: Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, Garden, Living Room or General.
5. Set a date, and a priority if some jobs matter more.
6. Tap Save.

Organising by area

Grouping tasks by area makes it easy to see everything a room needs at a glance, and to split jobs sensibly. The General area is there for anything that does not belong to one particular room.

Sharing the housework

In a shared workspace, cleaning tasks are visible to everyone, so a household can divide chores and see what has been done. Tick a task off when it is finished. Cleaning tasks in your My Life workspace stay private to you.

Common questions

Can I set which room a task is for? Yes. The Area option covers the main rooms, plus a General option for everything else.

Can everyone in the household see the schedule? Yes, if it is in a shared workspace. Everyone sees the same schedule and can tick off what they finish.
