Reset your password
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the sign in screen. TumelLife sends a reset link to your email.
Step by step
- Open TumelLife and go to the sign in screen.
- Choose Forgot password?
- Enter the email address for your account.
- Check your email for a message from TumelLife.
- Open the link in that email and choose a new password.
What to expect
After you request a reset, an email arrives with a link. Opening the link lets you set a new password. You can then sign in with the new password.
If the email does not arrive
Tip. Check your spam or junk folder. Reset emails sometimes land there. If you still cannot find it, see Password reset email not received.
Common mistakes
- Entering a different email than the one on your account. The reset only works for the registered email.
- Not checking the spam folder, where the email often lands.
