What happens when someone leaves a workspace
When someone leaves or is removed from a shared workspace, they lose access to it. The workspace and its shared content stay for the remaining members.
What happens
- The person can no longer see the shared workspace.
- The workspace continues for everyone else.
- A short note appears in the workspace activity so members know what happened.
What to expect
Leaving a shared workspace does not affect the person's private My Life space or their account. It only removes them from that one shared space.
