App will not install

TumelLife installs as a home screen app from your browser. If the install option is not appearing, these steps usually help.

Use a supported browser

Installing works from a modern browser. On iPhone and iPad, use Safari. On Android and computers, Chrome works well. See Browser compatibility.

Follow the steps for your device

The install steps differ slightly by device. The full walkthrough for each is in Install TumelLife. On iPhone, for example, you use the Share menu and then Add to Home Screen.

Open the app site directly

Make sure you are on the TumelLife app itself in your browser, rather than viewing it inside another app's built-in browser, which may not offer the install option. If a link opened inside another app, open it in your main browser instead.

Update your browser or device

If your browser or operating system is out of date, updating it can restore the install option.

Common questions

I do not see Add to Home Screen. Confirm you are in Safari on iPhone, or Chrome on Android, and that you opened the app directly rather than inside another app.

Do I have to install it? No, you can use TumelLife in the browser, but installing makes it faster to open and feel like an app.
